Greetings Roma, So, there’s this really cool and respected creative organisation, which gets orders from major and mid-sized businesses, as well as government entities. It makes such great product, you get pumped up looking at it – both tasteful, and with meaning, and it doesn’t work just anybody, but for those who pass a certain ethical-legal check. The war starts. Everyone in the organisation is horrified. They discuss Bucha, Mariupol, what a great president they have, and what a misfit we have. Within legal boundaries, here are there in the work there are hints, they speak out a little in a post. It seems like they’re good guys. There are fewer and fewer clients. One no longer operates on the Russian market, another has no money, etc, etc... Only the government entities merrily continue to visit to office. They seem to not be directly connected with the war, although they pay taxes, then who doesn’t pay. We pay them too. And the organisation is not advertising anything stupid. As before, clients are carefully selected. True, perhaps, once some jerk slipped through, but his contract was signed before the war. Ok and another one. But these are exceptions! The main thing is that everyone on the team is against the war. And everyone supports each other in this. Mobilisation happens. The government is now gobbling up not only the children of strangers, also its own. Even the ‘vatniks’ [hardline bigots] are in a cold sweat. Half the team - not being fools - jump the cordon. They warm up under a foreign sun, blossom in the absence of dictatorship, and from the fact that luckily now Russian law no longer applies to them, and they say fuck it! and lay out everything in posts about what they think about the war, and about mobilisation, and about the dictatorship…Or do they? No, there is no reason to incriminate those who remain… And then there’s something else… A tight stream of clients becomes a flood. And everyone is bringing big bucks, more and more, without stopping. And who are these clients? What a question. They are respected companies, with well-known names. What are they doing? Well, yes, some are working in the occupied territories. Others transport tanks. Still others produce some type of composites. What difference does it make, whether it’s civilians or the military. Yes, yes, in Russia now everything is for the front, everything is for victory…but this is such an interesting case of adaption under sanctions. Such a space for creativity! And they pay well. And then it starts. What are you harping on about? Well, we don’t know what these composites are used for! Were you standing watch? Will you answer for your words? What, in your opinion we shouldn’t have a military industry? Look, see, you only talk about the war. Go to a psychologist. We’re not just worried about you, but about the overall atmosphere in the team. Try to grasp the fact that the world is not black and white. We’re not sticking ‘Z’ on our foreheads. We are simply create a positive HR-brand for… Let’s agree you won’t call them ‘war criminals’. These are companies and institutions who are pushing our industry, innovation, education, and economy forward. And this, by the way, is the foundation for the future economy of a beautiful Russia of the future, to which we will definitely return, when the country becomes free. That’s all well and good. But there is just one nuance: Russia will never be free with such war opponents who spend their days and overtime scribbling creative copy for war criminals.

Здравствуйте, Рома. Вот есть классная и уважаемая креативная организация, которая берет подряды и у крупных, и у средних компаний, и у государственных тоже. Делает такой продукт, что просто закачаешься: и со вкусом, и со смыслом, и даже работает не на всех, кого попало, а на тех, кто проходит некую этическую-правовую проверку. Начинается война. Все в организации в ужасе. Обсуждают Бучу и Мариуполь, какой у них президент молодец и какой у нас урод. В рамках законодательства то там чуть-чуть намекнут в креативе, то тут чуть-чуть выскажутся в посте. Ну, вроде молодцы. Клиентов все меньше и меньше. Кто-то не функционирует больше на российском рынке, у кого-то нет денег, и т.д. и т.п. По-прежнему бодро приходят только госконторы. Вроде как с войной не связанные напрямую, ну, налоги платят, ну а кто не платит. Мы тоже платим. Да и ничего дурного организация не рекламирует. По-прежнему тщательно отбирает клиентов. Ну, может быть, один раз какой-то мудак попался, но там контракт еще до войны подписали. Ну и еще один. Но это исключения! Главное, все в команде против войны. И все друг друга в этом поддерживают/ Происходит мобилизация. Государство жрет теперь не только чужих, но и своих детей. Даже ватники покрылись липким потом. Полкоманды, не будь дураки, прыг за кордон. Согрелись заграничным солнышком, расцвели от отсутствия диктатуры, от того, как удачно на них теперь не распространяется российское законодательство да как ёбнули в посты все, что думают и про войну, и про мобилизацию, и про диктатуру… Или нет? Нет, не надо подставлять тех, кто остался. Да и тут еще такое дело… Тугой струей зажурчал поток клиентов. И все несут бабки, и несут, и никак не останавливаются. А что за клиенты? Ну как. Уважаемые компании с известными именами. Чем занимаются? Ну да, одни работают на оккупированных территориях. Другие танки перевозят. Третьи производят какие-то композиты. Ну какая разница, для гражданки или для военки. Да-да, в России сейчас все для фронта, все для победы… но это же такой интересный кейс адаптации в условиях санкций! Такое поле для творчества! И платят хорошо. А потом начинается. Да что ты заладил? Ну не знаем мы, для чего используются эти композиты! Ты со свечкой стоял? За слова ответишь? А что, у нас не должно быть военной промышленности, по-твоему? Вообще ты обрати внимание: только и говоришь, что о войне. Сходи к психологу. Мы переживаем не только за тебя, но и за всю атмосферу в команде. Пойми, мир не делится на черное и белое. Мы же не клеим Z на лоб. Мы просто создаем позитивный HR-бренд для… Давай ты не будешь называть их “военными преступниками”. Это компании и институции, которые толкают вперед нашу промышленность, инновации, образование и экономику. А это, между прочим, основа для будущей экономики прекрасной России будущего, в которую мы обязательно вернемся, когда она станет свободной. И все хорошо. Но есть один нюанс: нихрена Россия не станет свободной с такими противниками войны, которые все будни с переработками строчат креативы для военных преступников.
